Two Special Package Events — January and February We will be doing two special packages this winter, with a chance for you to spend the day learning about wine with Deb and then have dinner and a night’s stay at one of our favorite local establishments. For the first one, on January 28th, we’ll spend day the doing a tasting and seminar on sensory evaluation of wine, along with a tasty lunch. Then, we’ll continue the fun with a winemaker dinner at the Boonville Hotel, including a special wine and food pairing. The price for the seminar and lunch is $75. We are working on a special package with the Boonville hotel for the Winemaker dinner and reduced hotel rates. Please call and reserve your spot now as space is limited. For the second, Deb will be teaching a wine and food pairing seminar.

Rated one of America’s Top 10 Seafood & Wine Festivals by Coastal Living, this event benefits Mendocino Coast Clinics, and includes a Crab Cake Cook-off, wine tasting, cioppino dinner and much more.
Alsace Festival — February 19
Anderson Valley wineries strut their stuff at this world class wine event.

A terrific little, locally owned grocery, with a very fun wine selection.
Some of the best barbecue in all of California. Goes great with Bink pinot.
San Francisco Wine Trading Company
An incredible selection of wines.
Castro Village Wine Shop, San Francisco
A friendly neighborhood wine shop and tasting bar.
Boonville Hotel, Mendocino County
A favorite local hangout. Their prix fix dinners, with all seasonal fare, are a real treat, and even better with Bink.
Brewery Gulch Inn, Mendocino County
One of the best decks along the Mendocino Coast, with a gorgeous view of the ocean makes for a perfect pairing with a glass of Bink Lumineux Rosé.
